Anyone who has visited the Medford campus lately can't help but have seen the emphasis that is being placed on sustainable farming and the creation of green spaces. From the planters in front of the Tisch Library building right up to its roof garden, plants are sprouting. But did you know that the Tufts Community has a long history of growing things?
